Buzz fix is no longer sponsored by OpenMoko; there will be no longer the free of charge battery. Participants to 3rd buzz fix party will be able to buy a battery with 50% discount, by means of a special purchase code that will be sent by e-mail.
All FRs will be fixed in the week from 2 to 6 November and customers will receive their phone back within 15 working days. Buzz fix applies to any Freerunner in EU, so also to Eshopen non-customers.
Buzz fix concerns the FR audio only and does not affect other hardware components of the phone. All fr will be tested before and after the buzz fix; Eshopen cannot be responsible for faults on hardware outside the audio system before and after the buzz fix.
The FreeRunner should be in our office by October 23 to be accepted for buzz fix; we advise all customer to all customers to ship no later than October 20, 2009. All shipping costs are charged to the customer. Return shipping rate is automatically calculated by the buzz fix checkout.
The Freerunner should be shipped in its original packaging without battery or stylus, or headphones, or custody nor microSD.
You can do cumulative shipments; put in the basket how many buzz fixes you need and send all the FRs with a single shipment.
