We are ready to announce that on saturday 20th of June we were able to fix 11 Freerunners. We are proceding today fixing all the queue we have. The process of fixing is the loop below:

Take the i-th Freerunner

Check that it’s working

Open and apply the Buzz Fix

Close

Insert a sim and test with a phone call using the existing software, if mic does not work go to step 3

Package the i-th freerunner for shipping.

We tried to apply a bass fix on a test Freerunner too, but for now there have been no improvements. We are investingating on this fix and exploring solutions based on the Andy bass fix paper. We will let you informed about this fix from this website.

In the meantime we swithched back to the old zen cart ecommerce solution due to lack of some tools in wp-ecommerce wordpress plugin. We are also investingating in other platforms (expecially django based solutions) to create a fully integrated portal with eshop, forum, news blog and wiki.
